2. A man known only as "Josh" is murdered in the Downtown District.
3. Harold Sellers and Andrew Davies, two men with connections to Johnny B. Oy are murdered by the Femmes. Detective Johnson takes on Sellers' Case.
4. George McNeil and Ryder Herrington are murdered by the Femmes. Chief Houston makes his first public statement about the case, formally dubbing it the "Case of the Fatal Femmes".
5. Conrad Daniels, a close employee of Johnny's, is murdered in Lakeview. Detective Roy is found dead in a Round Hill appartment.
7. Matthew Marcas is murdered, the first victim of only two to bear no connection to Johnny.
8. Parker Doyle is brutally murdered in Palmdale by the Femmes. The case is assigned to Detective Johnson.
9. Luciano Roscco, a well known gambler and a customer of Johnny's, is found murdered in his penthous in the Downtown District.
10. A man simply known as "Trevor" is murdered by the Femmes. Detective Johnson is declared missing. Duncan Prescott is found dead.
12. The fourteenth murder, a drug dealer and street criminal with a connection to Johnny called Paulie Guano, is murdered on 21st and 22nd Street. Chief Houston makes the decision to call the Daytona Beach Guild and request assistance. He also plans to find and recruit Tom Cruz.
13. Cruz is recruited by Chief Houston to return to the Guild to help find the Femmes. Devin Carter arrives from Daytona Beach. Cluz contacts Informant #3. Meanwhile, street artist and petty criminal (and former Johnny employee) Blake "Grease Man" Weese is found murdered by gunshot in Prince, the first non-Guild victim to be killed via a method other than Blunt Traumatic Force.
14. Cluz and Carter speak with Informant #3. They investigate Johnny B. Oy, and discover the lipstick. At sunset, they approach and apprehend Johnny B. Oy in his Palmdale home. That night, they take Johnny in for processing.
15. Just past midnight, Devin Carter requests to speak to Johnny. Henderson leads Cluz and Carter down to Johnny's cell, but cannot find Detective Michaels. He goes off to look for him. The two discover Johnny's body dumped at the bottom of a stairwell, stabbed to death and with a note reading "KEEP LOOKING". Devin Carter is then shot once in the chest, and Cluz is beaten unconscious and taken captive by the Fatal Femmes. Henderson discovers the bodies of Johnny and Carter, and immediately tells Chief Houston. Detective Langley finds the body of Detective Michaels in a storage closet in the basement. Chief Houston reluctantly reassigns the case to Walter Louis.
16 through 21. Over the course of the week, five more people are murdered: Chrisopher Muir (a former Johnny employee), Vladimir Ratznikov (a retired criminal kingpin, and an ally of Johnny's), Detective Anderson, "Marcus W." (a Johnny recruit), and "Wendell" (killed for unknown reasons, no known connection to Johnny). Walter Louis discovers Detective Johnson's note, before Johnson is discovered dead in Eastborough.

Louis leaves the Guild that day, and District Attorney Tommy Lau warns Houston that the Guild is making no progress, and is wasting city resources. The Guild is set to be evicted the following week, and all Femme operations will be handled by the city. Walter discovers the female voice on Johnny's recorder.

The Femmes also murder the Bartender at Salami's Saloon. Walter Louis discovers a vial of lipstick at the murder scene, and goes to speak with Hoss. Hoss tells Louis to go to a place in Oldport, where he finds Cluz and the Femmes. In the following shootout, Cluz is shot and killed, and Louis violently shoots three women. Henderson, Hoss, and Peterson arrive on scene to help. The Femmes are apprehended.
29. Walter Louis is granted the Greenridge medal of honor, and is made an official Detective of the Guild by Chief Houston.
